My approach folds in legal, business, and strategic views, a perspective that I have gained by serving as General Counsel and an executive team member for two dynamic venture-backed technology companies, and my extensive experience in private law firm practice at large, mid-size, and boutique firms, including as head of the corporate/business practice.
